Placing your order:

We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and check or purchase order. Please send purchase orders by fax. We provide an optional order form that you may or may not use.

How to Order From Overseas

For overseas orders we generally prefer to receive payment in advance. This could take the form of a Bank/Wire Transfer, check, or perhaps even Western Union. To make arrangements for Bank/Wire Transfer please contact us.

In certain circumstances we will accept payment by Credit Card. Please contact us if you wish to pay by credit card.

The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs duties or taxes when the products are received.

Returns Policy

We offer a 15 day Money-Back guarantee on all video titles EXCEPT MARCOM'S HAZWOPER VIDEOS & PACKAGES. For MARCOM's HAZWOPER product line we prefer potential customers to view the demonstration versions first if they so choose.

We also offer free demonstration videos for a 15 day preview of any video titles you may be interested in. However, the previewing of a demonstration video title is limited to only one per customer.

Any item that is returned after 15 days is subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days no returns are accepted period.

Software may only be returned if the product is still in its plastic wrap or if it is found to be defective.

Please take care to package the product for safe shipment. If an item is returned to us in unsaleable condition you will not receive a refund.

Please call for our approval and instructions before returning any item. If an item is returned without approval you may be charged for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Shipping Rates:

UPS Ground $6.50 (within U.S., 3 lbs)
UPS-3-Day $10.00 (within U.S., 3 lbs)
UPS-2-Day $15.00 (within U.S., 3 lbs)
UPS-1-Day $25.00 (within U.S., 3 lbs)

We generally prefer not to use the United States Postal Service. If necessary we can make arrangements to do so. If you have a UPS or FedEx account we can easily ship your package and have UPS or FedEx bill you directly.

For International shipments of Videos & Software we can use UPS or Federal Express. Please call for a quote as prices vary considerably.
